The objective of the GT’s Living Foods Fan-Created Innovation Campaign was to invite loyal customers to be part of the product development process, fostering a sense of community while leveraging user creativity. By launching the first-ever fan-created SYNERGY flavor, the campaign aimed to celebrate consumer connection and expand product offerings in an authentic way. The campaign's success was measured by engagement on social media, participation in the flavor submission process, and product sales.
A key strategy involved seeding the campaign on social platforms, utilizing a mix of user-generated content (UGC) and influencer partnerships to drive awareness and excitement. This creative approach allowed the brand to reach a wider audience, showcasing the collaborative spirit of the campaign while building on the brand’s strong social media presence.
